Tips for stressful situations:
Stress can seem overwhelming at times. Here are a few tips for coping:
• Get away from the stressful situation by going for a walk or a drive
• Set boundaries about how long or when I will talk about something
• Take extra self-care!! More sleep, using essential oils, eating healthy food, talk with a friend, plan something fun
• Remember that this probably won’t matter in 5 months or 5 years!
