The Famous Pirformis Chair Stretch.

This is the most valuable stretch, for those of you suffering from glute/pirformis pain, which, many of you do. This technique is great because it's possible to do this while seated at your desk if you're working. Be sure to keep a straight back while preforming this stretch. Many of you will feel the stretch almost immediately, and that's fine. Go as slow as you need.
This particular stretch is one I often show my clients.
