Bad posture? Try this yoga sequence

I think EVERYONE could benefit from better posture. This thirty minute sequence is perfect for addressing bad posture. Stretching, lengthening and creating movement in the areas that are being shortened when we slump over. If you work at a desk, are a tattoo artist, massage therapist or hair dresser, this will be an awesome addition to your daily routine. Remember it takes time! Don't give up!
